This concert took place at University of California at Berkeley’s 1900-seat Zellerbach Auditorium. It was the much anticipated first return to the United States for Elvis Costello and his new band The Attractions, supporting his debut album “My Aim is True” produced by Nick Lowe on England’s newly formed quasi-punk label Stiff Records.
This was mixed, broadcast and recorded by San Francisco’s KSAN FM and multiple versions of bootleg CDs exist on the market.
